Advanced Negotiating Skills

This course will build upon participants existing skills. It provides intensive feedback, coaching and structured practise to enable them to develop a winning negotiation style.

  • How to defuse confrontation;
  • How to turn aggression on the aggressor (without being aggressive);
  • How to achieve the best results from team negotiations;
  • How and when to recess;
  • How to maximise complex deals;

 

The course is delivered by a Senior Consultant with experience in complex, multi-party, cross-cultural negotiations.
